Dr. Julyse Migan-Gandonou Horr is a behavioral scientist and Chair of the Applied Behavior Analysis department at Ouachita Baptist University, where she is also Assistant Professor. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level and a licensed behavior analyst, based in Tampa, Florida. She volunteers with ABA World as an Autism Ally.

Kathleen Billette-Saul is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a licensed behavior analyst in Houston, Texas, working with Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. She holds a master's degree from the University of North Texas. Her work covers Social Thinking coaching and group facilitation, staff and caregiver training, disability advocacy, and support for twice exceptional individuals. She volunteers with ABA World as an Autism Ally.
