Start Here

Free help for parents raising an autistic child. A topic video, then two weeks later the questions that came in about it. Every release goes out in every language we can reach. The strategies presented come from published behavior-analytic research. Every routine in this series was written by Loukia Tsami, MA, BCBA, LBA, and each part is drawn from research published in peer-reviewed journals. The full reference list is below.

Two parts of Together Time come from clinical experience rather than from a specific study: keeping screens out of the ten minutes, and the choice of fifteen minutes, three times a week, as a length families can realistically keep. The research supports short, frequent, demand-free time together. The exact numbers are a clinical judgment, made so that the routine fits into a real week.
